Return Window & Condition

  • 30 days from delivery for most items
  • Unused, original packaging, all accessories included

We Cover It (No Fees)

  • Damaged or defective on arrival
  • Wrong item received

We typically provide prepaid labels and waive fees.

Buyer’s Remorse / Fit Issue

  • Eligible within 30 days if new/unused
  • May include a $7.50 restock and/or $5.99 label deduction
  • Exchanges (size/color) usually fee-free if stock is available

Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Go to My Account → Returns
  2. Select order and items
  3. Pick reason + resolution; upload photos if requested
  4. Submit to receive instructions/label

Open Returns Center

Refund timing: Typically 1–3 business days after carrier scan.

What’s Not Returnable

  • Perishables, opened hygiene items, heavily used or missing accessories
