Return Window & Condition
- 30 days from delivery for most items
- Unused, original packaging, all accessories included
We Cover It (No Fees)
- Damaged or defective on arrival
- Wrong item received
We typically provide prepaid labels and waive fees.
Buyer’s Remorse / Fit Issue
- Eligible within 30 days if new/unused
- May include a $7.50 restock and/or $5.99 label deduction
- Exchanges (size/color) usually fee-free if stock is available
Start a Return or Exchange
- Go to My Account → Returns
- Select order and items
- Pick reason + resolution; upload photos if requested
- Submit to receive instructions/label
Refund timing: Typically 1–3 business days after carrier scan.
What’s Not Returnable
- Perishables, opened hygiene items, heavily used or missing accessories
- Anything marked “Final Sale” at checkout
Warranty Coverage
- Most electronics: 12-month limited warranty
- Keep your order confirmation as proof of purchase
