3. Marketplace role
Caricove.com may list goods sold either directly by Caricove or by independent sellers using the marketplace. Product availability, condition, content, handling speed, and return outcomes may vary by item, seller, fulfillment path, and issue type.
- Listings, photos, descriptions, prices, stock signals, delivery estimates, and promotional messaging may change without notice.
- We may correct listing errors, inventory mistakes, category mistakes, pricing errors, or content issues at any time.
- Order acceptance occurs only after checkout review, fraud screening, and availability validation.
4. Orders, pricing, and payments

- You must provide accurate delivery details, map pins where requested, and any needed access instructions.

- Items marked undeliverable, refused, unreachable, unsafe, or inconsistent with the submitted address may be returned, delayed, or placed into review.
- Where platform tools show delivery status, route details, or ETAs, those tools are operational aids and may refresh or change as events are verified.
6. Returns, cancellations, and refunds
Returns and refunds are handled per item, per reason, and sometimes per shipment. Not every issue follows the same path. Some requests are return-required, some may be refund-only, and some may require manual review or more information.
- Customer-fault reasons can require the item to be returned before refund is released.

- Fraud, chargeback abuse, return abuse, fake delivery claims, fake damage claims, reshipping abuse, account farming, or use of stolen payment methods.
- Interference with site security, scraping, reverse engineering, botting, or attempts to bypass workflow controls, nonces, permissions, or fraud checks.
- Use of the platform to violate law, intellectual property, vendor rules, courier rules, sanctions, or marketplace restrictions.
9. Liability and disclaimers
The platform is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, we disclaim implied warranties not expressly stated by us. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from platform use, third-party conduct, shipping delays, seller actions, or service interruptions.
Nothing in this section removes rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend, limit, or terminate access to accounts, listings, orders, tools, balances, or workflows where we detect fraud, abuse, policy breaches, risk exposure, IP misuse, security events, manipulated claims, or operational harm.
